Can I Reschedule My Booking Online?Yes, You can definitely reschedule your appointment online after making the appointment. NOTE: Please ensure to reschedule within 48 hours of the booking free of charge.

Refund and Cancellation PolicyAt Broomie Cleaning Services, we understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients and our cleaning professionals, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: RESCHDULING You may reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 48 hours in advance without any fees. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a $25 rescheduling fee to accommodate scheduling adjustments. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-show) will be charged 100% of the booking cost as our cleaners have already reserved time for your service. REFUNDS If a cleaning must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will provide a full refund or offer a reschedule at no extra charge.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a partial or full refund, depending on the situation. POLICY CONDITIONS: Concerns must be reported within 24 hours after the service is completed. The guarantee applies only to areas included in the original service scope. Refunds or re-cleans are not applicable if the home condition changes after our service (e.g., new messes, excessive clutter). We are committed to ensuring you’re happy with our service.
